Job Description :

Qualifications:
·        4 year’s work experience in a Manpower Supply company as an ADMIN OFFICER in UAE
·        Experience in handling over 2,000 employees
·        Strong knowledge of Timesheet/Payroll
·        Experienced in preparing monthly worker's timesheets and arrangement of various gate pass, visa and medical insurance applications, etc.
·        Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws
·        Solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff coordination on the site.
·        Ability to work and perform with minimum supervision
·        Can work under pressure
·        Excellent Administrative Skills and documentation
·        Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
·        Preferably multilingual (Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Etc.)
·        Preferably Male Indian/Pakistan Nationality
·        Locally available candidates who can join immediately
